What we collect

Account info (email, handle, display name, age attestation), profile and portfolio content, listing and commission data, messages, transaction history, and uploaded files. Mosaic does not store full payment-card data; Stripe processes payments.

How we use it & who we share it with

To operate the marketplace, process payments and Mosaic Protect, prevent fraud, moderate content, and meet legal and tax obligations. Sub-processors include Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting/storage). We do not sell personal data.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of eligible data, subject to legal, tax, and security retention. Mosaic is not directed to children under 13.
