Reporting infringement
Mosaic follows notice-and-takedown with counter-notice. Valid notices lead to prompt removal; valid counter-notices lead to restoration after the statutory window absent a court action. Repeat infringers are handled case-by-case with a documented backstop; egregious or persistent infringers are terminated.
Fan art is permitted only with a clear “unofficial / not affiliated” disclaimer and Personal-tier licensing; the disclaimer does not cure infringement, and artists indemnify Mosaic. DMCA agent contact details will be published before public launch.
