How conflicts are resolved.
Filing a dispute
You can open a dispute in-platform within 30 days of delivery: for non-delivery, partial delivery, a deliverable that fails the agreed spec, or a concern about how the work was made. Opening a dispute pauses release; your payment stays protected while we review.
Resolution
Both parties can submit evidence (work-in-progress files, timelapses, statements). Mosaic reviews the evidence and the commission contract and decides the outcome: refund (full or partial) or release to the artist. Mosaic's decision is binding for on-platform fund release, with one internal appeal.
