Transparent fees, computed the same way every time.
Fees
Buyer service fee: $2.99 on orders of $45 or less, $4.99 on orders over $45.
Seller commission: artists keep 100% of the first $60 of every order; Mosaic takes 5% only on the portion of the price above $60.
Mosaic absorbs Stripe's payment-processing fees, so artists never see a processing deduction.
Payouts
Payments run through Stripe Connect. Artists complete Stripe payout onboarding before receiving funds, which are transferred to them when a commission is released. All payment must stay on-platform.
Fees are generally non-refundable, except the buyer service fee is refunded on non-delivery or fraud.
